Delete your EclipsPay account

You can ask us to delete your account here, or in the app under Settings → Delete Account.

What happens

• Withdraw any money left in your wallet first. We cannot delete an account that still holds a balance, an active card or an unpaid loan.
• We confirm the request with you, then close the account and delete your profile, devices, saved beneficiaries and notifications within 30 days.
• Nigerian anti-money-laundering rules require us to keep transaction records and identity (KYC) records for at least five years after the account is closed. We keep only what the law requires, and we do not use it for anything else.
